Paré pas Paré : School-based education about natural risks
To help bring the project into schools, and to give the Regional Board of Education greater autonomy over the schools aspect, a partnership agreement has now been signed between France’s Ministry for Education and the French Red Cross. Since 2016, training courses on natural risks have been available to teachers so that they have greater freedom when working with Paré pas Paré teaching material.

In 2020, almost one third of 9 to 11-year-olds, i.e. 9,000 pupils, have benefited from being taught the Paré pas Paré project. By 2022, all pupils in this age group, i.e. 25,000 pupils, should have been taught about the project.
