Sponsorship is generosity without compensation that does not however exclude indirect benefits, particularly through media coverage. It can take three forms:
- Financial support,
- In-kind donations (goods or equipment)
- Skill-based sponsorship (provision of services).
Partnerships with businesses and public organisations – whether they be multinational, national or local – are based on the Red Cross’s seven fundamental principles, and on clear ethical criteria that focus on promoting accountability.
The French Red Cross would like to thank the foundations, institutions and agencies who make their staff available to PIROI on an ad hoc basis in order for it to carry out its various activities.
