During the 30th edition of the Grand Raid, the famous ultra-trail of Reunion Island, the volunteers of the French Red Cross were mobilized at the finish line of the race to raise awareness among runners and their supporters about the natural hazards present on the trails of the island. Over the three days of the event, more than 500 people participated in the prevention activities set up, including the interactive knowledge quiz on the risks related to natural hazards: Paré Buzz.
This partnership with the Grand Raid is part of the Paré pas Paré project implemented by PIROI. This participation is organized on the occasion of the month of resilience of the Prefecture of Reunion and is supported by the European Union and the Region Reunion.
