Use of this website implies acceptance of the conditions mentioned below. The French Red Cross reserves the right to initiate legal action in the event of a breach of these terms of use, particularly in the event of non-compliance with and unauthorised use of the names and emblems of the Red Cross and Red Crescent or in the event of a breach of rights related to the information, graphics, texts, videos, audio documents, photos, and images and more generally related to the entire content of the site.

Emblems

The emblems of the Red Cross and Red Crescent were created with a protective goal: they showed wounded soldiers that they could be treated with complete neutrality and impartiality, whatever their origin, nationality, religion, political conviction, etc. These emblems and their name should thus be respected. Any unauthorised use of the emblems of the Red Cross and Red Crescent and their name constitutes illegal use punishable under French law, international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions.
